We ship using Fedex Ground®. If you need faster delivery, please call our office at 1-888-421-2032.
We ship Fedex SmartPost.  Typically transit times are 2 to 7 days within the contiguous US. To track your package, click here!
We will ship to FPO/APOs; however, Fedex shipping service is not available to these locations. Shipping to FPO/APOs will be done using priority mail, which includes tracking. We do not ship packages using space-available mail. If you would like to have an order shipped to an FPO/APO, please call us at 1-888-421-2032
Please contact us at 1-888-421-2032 as soon as possible. If you have just placed an order, we will be able to cancel the order and issue you a refund if needed. Otherwise, if the order has already shipped, we may be able to redirect the shipment.

Please use send us a message at contact@nugonutrition.com and include your order number and a description of the damaged item(s), or call us at 1-888-421-2032 with the same information. We’ll follow up with the next steps. In the meantime, please don’t throw the damaged items away! We may request that you send them back to us.

Although we don’t ship Fiber d'Lish bars internationally, our fiber-loving friends in Canada can order Fiber d'Lish bars through the VitaminShoppe.com, which does ship to Canada. Fiber d'Lish bars are also available in certain Winners stores in Canada. At this time we aren’t aware of any other retailers that ship Fiber d'Lish bars outside the United States.
We will gladly exchange or refund unopened, uneaten, like-new merchandise purchased from our website within 28 days of the shipping date. Please contact our office at contact@nugonutrition.com or 1-888-421-2032 to arrange the return. Merchandise must be not be opened or damaged.  Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We charge all credit and debit cards under the name NuGo Nutrition.
